A wine with international style, produced only in good years the best grapes. This vouches for its excellent reputation. The Pinot Bianco - the most important and typical of all the South Tyrolean grape varieties - has now been promoted to the top of the St. Valentin range. The St. Valentin has a clear, straw colour with slightly green reflections. It smells delightfully of intensive and typical fruit aromas: ripe app - les and pears combined with melons and a trace of a fine vanilla fragrance. Concentrated and with a wonderful strength and richness, refined and clear in its way, its structure appears refresh- ing despiete the maturation in wood: the Pinot Bianco St. Valentin is a wine which is set to become a real talking point.
