Type of wine: soft red.
The grapes: 60% corvina, 20% rondinella, 10% molinara, 10% merlot.
The vineyard: vineyards situated on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. Vines trained by the Most up-to-date methods: a large number of plants per hectare and a low yield per plant in order to concentrate the quality on a few bunches.
The vinification: the grapes picked when perfectly ripe are vinified separately. The corvina contributes softness, elegance and aroma, and the merlot, partly matured in barriques, completes the wine with structure and length.
The wine: cherry red in colour, it has a fragrant bouquet of grapes and maraschino cherries and a light and balanced flavour, soft and very fruity.
Food matches: cured pork meats, savoury first courses, poultry and white meats. Recommended glass: goblet of medium height with stem.
Serving temperature: cool, 14-16Â°.
