Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon; in 1989 the vineyard was planted with Veronese arbours.
Notes on production: This vine variety with an international quality label is growing in a new area where some characteristics such as microclimate, drying method and tradition go hand in hand.

In the first ten days of October, the grapes are harvested and left on the vines for additional ripening. After a separate pressing and fermentation process, the wines are stored in Slavonic oak barrels (350 litres). Then it is mixed and filled.
