The scents of black prunes blend admirably with notes of walnut husk, chinotto, black tea, wild strawberries, concentrated tomato purèe and burnt sage. In the background the sensory tension shows itself alternating between bay, cipria and black pepper. Slightly pyrazine, framing the shyly herbaceous elegant picture of a fresh, mediterranean vintage in Tuscany. Full bodied, incredibly silky tannins which caress the palate and an extremely captivating finale to the sweet, progressive closure. In the background the complexity emerges in the grace of a mediterranean profile rich in rosemary, wild thyme and marjoram.
