VINIFICATION AND AGEING: The grapes are harvested during September. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and briefly cold macerated to bring out the main aromas. After gentle pressing, the must continues to undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. After this, the wine rests in the vats at 16°C until bottling. Alcohol content: 12 %
