Has a deep ruby red colour with a violet rim when young. The nose is clean, fruity with hints of raspberry and woodland fruits. As it ages, it opens up and mellows. On the palate it reveals balanced tannins, accompanied by a full, persistent body. It is dry, distinct, full-bodied and austere.
Very deep, intense cherry-red colour. Pronounced, complex aroma, fruity (cherry, blackcurrant) and spicy, with floral notes (tobacco, violets, mint) combined with elegant oak spice. Quite powerful and rich on the palate, with an intense, strong taste and a long lasting, fresh and fruity aftertaste. The tannins are rather strong though well balanced with the sweetness of the wine's fruit structure.
This wine once again proves the great potential of the Vernatsch variety. Bright ruby-red in color, it shows fine fruit aromas as well as vinous flavors of marzipan and light bitter almond. With light tannins and pleasant freshness, this well-balanced wine is uncomplicated and easy-drinking.
A deep garnet-red color, this typical South Tyrolean wine exhibits gentle aromas of wild berries. Fine grained, ripe tannins accompany its good acidity level, and give the wine elegance and persistence. A fine round finish.
