Type of wine: dry fruity red.
The grapes: 70% corvina, 20% rondinella, 5% molinara, 5% merlot.
The vineyard: vineyards situated on the hills of the DOC Classico zone to the north-west of Verona, part recently planted with a high density of vines per hectare.
The vinification: the grapes are vinified separately by the red wine method with a maceration of the skins in the must; the resulting wine matures for about 3 months, partly in small oak barrels (barriques) and partly in large oak casks.
The wine: deep ruby in colour with garnet tints, full and complex bouquet of black fruits, generous flavour, pleasantly tannic with an aftertaste of fruits of the forest.
Food matches: meat-based dishes, roasts, game and mature but not spicy cheeses. Recommended glass: goblet of medium height with stem.
Serving temperature: not warm, about 18°.
Delicate fruit aromas reminiscent of Muscat, youthful freshness - an excellent aperitif wine. It is delicious with spicy hors d'oeuvres and fish.
Fresh, youthful, extremely fine and fruity. Dry, balanced and elegant.
Olive oil of high quality, unfiltered and natural. This olive oil is gotten exclusively by mechanical pressure.
cherry red in colour, it has a fragrant bouquet of grapes and maraschino cherries and a light and balanced flavour, soft and very fruity.
The "Extra" quality was born a careful selection of olives that boast the maximum characteristics of the selected quality. Harvested on the Venetian hills once ripe, they are processed with the traditional cold extraction system. This oil of the fragrant taste and fruity scent, is of deep green colour with golden reflexes.
