vine variety: 10% Corvina gentile, 60% Corvina Grossa, 20% Rondinella, 10% Teroldego and other varieties. Harvesting, vinification and ageing: The grapes are harvested between the first and second decade of September and the first decade of October. Part of the grapes are collected in boxes and then placed on plateaux in well-ventilated rooms, where they are partially dried for approx. 40 days. A second part is left hanging on the vines until it reaches super-ripeness, to be harvested, during the first ten days of October, and then pressed. After fermentation the wines obtained are aged separately in small oak barrels for about 30 months and lastly blended and bottled.
Notes on Tasting: Ruby red colour with a hint of violet, the bouquet recalls small woodland fruits, cherries, perennial herbs with a hint of spices. A soft, round palate and a complex, persistent taste.
Allergic-Info: This wine can contain sulfites Alcoholic content: 10.00 %

Yellow with light golden highlights. Very fine and persistent perlage. An intense bouquet with a mixture of peach, honey and hazelnuts.
>> dettaglio
Intense ruby red colour with a hint of violet. The bouquet has notes of mature, red fruits, such as cherries, amarena cherries, dried prunes, woodland fruits, blackberries and blueberries. The palate has a good, soft, ample structure and again confirms the nose, ending with spices, black pepper, canella and liquorice.
Robust, harmonious wine with body and velvety fullness, dark garnet red, pleasant and markedly typical of the variety.
It is a very fruity Lagrein, dominated by berry-flavours, recalling raspberries and various wild berries. The exceedingly intense red of Lagrein "Merlau" comes almost close to purple. On the palate it convinces with its strong, round tannins and pleasant fullness. Its fruity and fresh character invites you to have another glass of it.
