Winemaking: Guyot system. Harvested by hand in mid-September, just when the ripe grapes are turning color. Soft pressed - Brought to cold temperature to allow a separation of the sediment. Fermented and matured on the yeasts for 6 months in cement vats with the exception of 20% of the Friulano which is kept in 10 year old tonneaux for 6 months.
Produced with Sangiovese grapes the estate's most suitable vineyard, is a Morellino di Scansano "Cru". Powerful and also warm and enveloping, it gives new astonishing territorial sensations to this noble variety.
It flows with the essence of sweet perfumed fruit. Red cherries, raspberries, flowers and spices are intermingled with suggestions of tobacco, licorice and earthiness that linger in the background. The wine reveals incredible length, and sweet, silky tannins that caress the palate all the way through to the close.
Lively, ruby red in colour with violet reflexes. On the nose, vinous, rich in fruit and flower aromas. On the palate, full and harmonic. Being so round and pleasant, it is a very versatile wine and a perfect match for a wide variety of dishes antipasti to meat and cheeses.
The dry version of Zibibbo, this aromatic white has a true Mediterranean soul. Bright straw yellow with greenish hues, its brightness becomes grape, pear, melon to the nose; the flower merges with fruit, almond and rosemary. Beautifully caressing, it enchants with the typical features of Zibibbo, pulpy and persistent.
Dark and intense ruby red with an ample and complex nose yielding ethereal spices, cherry, blackberry preserves, rosemary, tobacco and cinnamon with light hints of vanilla. Dry on the palate and full bodied with firm tannins and alongfinish. Although a young wine when released, it is destined for a great future!
Characteristics: The wine has significant organoleptic characteristics: a good ruby red colour with garnet reflections; an enveloping bouquet with notes of liquorice, red brushwood fruits, hints of violet and spices; the taste has a characteristic fine, persistent sapidity and an elegant sensation of fullness enriched by rounded tannins which merge with its vibrant structure. Excellent with meat and game dishes as well as strong flavoured cheeses. A wine aged for long periods, with a longevity of over 15 years.
Straw-yellow colour. Fragrance of flowers and fruit with hints of peach. Full and rich taste, soft and harmonical with tones of noble aromas, resulted the complete ripening of the grapes, which intensify the character.
Garnet in colour and on the nose, wide and complex with hints of violet and forest fruit aromas. On the palate, full and velvety and well balanced. Due to its structure and characteristics, it is a perfect match for meat and game dishes, and tasty cheeses.

This is a young, immediate red which retains the essence of the earth which it was cultivated. It is characterised by fragrant scents and fresh flavours and is the ideal accompaniment for any kind of dish. It is particularly suited to classic Mediterranean cuisine.
Intense ruby colour with violet reflexions. In the nose spices, green pepper and vanilla, very long and fine perfumes of fruit of wood. To the palate it is an elegant, balanced wine. The tannins give a sensation of freshness, long and with sweet final.
Made Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with a small percentage of Sangiovese, this wine dues its big character and ample body to the extraordinary terroir in which it borns. It represent the first wine of the Estate.
It has a deep red colour with light garnet tones. The nose is both intense and intriguing, fresh and fruity. It expresses a fragrance reminiscent of raspberries and wild blackbarries. In the mouth fresh and full bodied, with a good lingering finish.
