VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Questo vino si presenta con un colore stupendo, rosso carico. Il profumo a note di ribes, ciliegie, liquirizia e pelle. Il sapore vellutato, morbido, con tracce consistenti di tannino e con elegante e durevole retrogusto.
An unusual white wine, considered one of the best and most distinguished in the world, which has found a second home in Oltradige. Crystal-Clear, with a yellow-green colour, it is characterised by intense fragrant aromas reminiscent of fresh peaches. With its elegant and dry flavour, its find and captivating acidity combined with its lively, full-bodied quality are very tempting. A wine simply for pleasure, as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a whole variety of fish dishes.
Color: intensive ruby to garnet red. Smell: The Pinot Noir presents itself as a multifaceted wine on the nose, where the delicate primary fruit aromas of wild strawberries and blackberries blend with restrained aromas of tobacco and flint, and notes of white field mushrooms. Taste: Well balanced with a mineral elegance that makes it dance on the palate. This red wine has a long and exciting finish.
