A wine with international style, produced only in good years the best grapes. This vouches for its excellent reputation. The wine has a gold-yellow colour, with a pronounced vanilla tone that arises its maturation in small oak casks and strong aromas of ripe fruits, this Chardonnay also establishes itself on the palate, strong and rich, with a pleasant fullness of body. The Pinot Bianco - the most important and typical of all the South Tyrolean grape varieties - has now been promoted to the top of the St. Valentin range. The St. Valentin has a clear, straw colour with slightly green reflections. It smells delightfully of intensive and typical fruit aromas: ripe app - les and pears combined with melons and a trace of a fine vanilla fragrance. Concentrated and with a wonderful strength and richness, refined and clear in its way, its structure appears refresh- ing despiete the maturation in wood: the Pinot Bianco St. Valentin is a wine which is set to become a real talking point.
The colour: dark ruby. A smell of raspberries and strawberries, a grace of blackberries. A complicated and, nevertheless, harmonious body, severity and acid in the unison, hard and concentrated. A velvety, persistent departure.
The Palestina is a red wine with an especially heavy bouquet and a complex array of tannins. Color: a deep garnet-red color. Aroma: concentraded fruity aroma reminiscent of blackcurrants with a hint of roasted coffee. Taste: Warm, mineral and smooth tannins, pronounced structure and lingering finish.
