Winemaking and maturation: Fermentation with the skins, malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months in new and two-year-old barriques
Analitical data: Alcohol: 13.10% vol, Total acidity: 5.1 g/l, Residual sugar: 1.5 g/l
Serve Goes well with: Cool, 16-18°C. Red meats, venison, game and cheese
