Wine description: Deep garnet red in color, this cuvee exhibits discreet aromas of cherry and cassis. In flavor, it is silky-smooth with well-integrated tannins. This is a very complex wine, persistent in the throat with a juicy and salty finish.
Serving suggestion: Excellent with braised or grilled beef, lamb or game, as well as cheeses.

Deep garnet red in color, with a delicate bouquet showing the cherry note characteristic of the varietals; subtle wood tones complement its full and round fruit flavors. Compact tannins and an agreeable acidity carry this traditional South Tyrolean wine through to its long finish.
