VINIFICAZIONE: La fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata avviene in un serbatoio speciale. Il vino prosegue la trasformazione malolattica e la maturazione in barrique francesi usati e in piccoli botti di rovere da 44 hl.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Questo vino si presenta con un suggestivo colore rosso intenso, profumato con note di chicchi di caffè, cassis e cioccolato amaro. Il sapore è corposo, con sfumature salate e con morbido retrogusto.

This Pinot Bianco is without a doubt the star amongst the wines of the St. Michael-Eppan cooperative winery. It is simply the wine to express most convincingly the quality potential South Tyrolean white wine and the philosophy behind the production methods used in winery. A straw colour with green lustre, it reveals a broad palette of scents, in particular apple, apricot, pear and a slight cedar wood fragrance. With its velvety smoothness and full-bodied acidity which underscore its strength and grandeur, this wine is a delight on the palate. A complete wine you don't come across every day, to satisfy many demands made by sophisticated cuisine.
It is a fine, delicately aromatic dessert wine, with a light ruby color and an intensive nose of tea-rose. It is full-bodied and spicy-sweet on the palate. This wine pairs well with a wide variety of desserts, for instance, poppy-seed strudel or beignets.
