Soil conditions: An alluvial soil, rich in nutritionand minerals. A mixture between mud and chalk.
Vinification: The grapes for this wine are 100% Cabernet Franc. After harvesting, they are separated the stalks, then fermented in a cement tank and finally elaborated for 11 months in a large wooden cask
Sensory characteristics: Though our cabernet is still beingrefined, we can say that it has a fine taste of Wildberrys and pepper.
Goes well with: ts perfect for every type of meat, especially for lamb, wild meat and grilled meats, and sits nice along side matured cheese.

The Cabernet has deep garnet red colour, an intense aroma of black currants with slight erbaceous notes, on the palate it's full bodied and permanent with smooth tannins.
Delicately grassy, full and rich in nuances. Dry, full-bodied, with a deep herbaceous background.
Colour: Bright and brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: Very elegant because of the moderate herbaceous note and the clear raspberry scent.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied but velvet-smooth.
Gastronomic matches: Ideal with cold cuts, red meats, poultry and game.
With a very fruity nose, this wine has fine, delicate peach and apricot nuances. Its high acidity makes it very fresh on the palate; its unobtrusive minerality makes for a lively finish.
The high quality of the grapes and aging in wooden casks (a small amount of it is aged in barrique) make this a rich and fruity red wine to be enjoyed at leisure.
