Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Soil: Light marly soils which warm up quickly in spring.
Winemaking: On delivery to the winery the grapes are lightly pressed, the juice is separated solid substances by natural sedimentation and subsequently fermented at a constant temperature of 20°C.
Description: This is a very agreeable, fresh and flowery Chardonnay, pale yellow with green reflexes in colour with delicate, fruity, warm and persistent aromas of apple, especially Golden Delicious which underpins its varietal character. The wine's crisp, tangy acidity combined with its pronounced fruit and impressive structure point to a wine which will continue to develop complexity, with a cellaring potential of at least 2 years.

Pink colour with ruby hints. Quite pronounced, fruity aroma (red berries) with floral impressions (violets). Medium-bodied smooth fruit on the palate, fresh. Long lasting aftertaste with an elegant bitter twist.
Thanks to the elevated location of Penon village, accentuated elegance, crisp freshness and distinct acidity characterize our Pinot Blanc. The late harvest in October encourages persistence and opulence through a stimulating bouquet of apple and pineapple. A suitable appetizer as an aperitif, and a fruity-fresh companion to light starters, fish dishes and white meats. On the slopes of Margreid is planted the Penon vineyard with its pure limestone gravel soils.
The "Extra" quality was born a careful selection of olives that boast the maximum characteristics of the selected quality. Harvested on the Venetian hills once ripe, they are processed with the traditional cold extraction system. This oil of the fragrant taste and fruity scent, is of deep green colour with golden reflexes.
This is a highly individual wine and a copybook Gewürztraminer: full, bright straw yellow, concentrated with a strong aromatic character reminiscent of dried flowers and rose petals which develops and intensifies in the glass. Full-bodied, luscious but dry on the palate, the opulence cut by vibrant, firm acidity.
