Colour: intense straw-yellow with green reflexes. Aroma: complex bouquet with exotic fruits, white pepper, nuances underlined with light woody notes. Taste: good structure, harmonious acidity with a long finish.
Grape varierty: 100% Chardonnay.
Production area: Andriano, South Tyrol. 350 - 450m a.s.l. erythroid, argillaceous lime and dolomit soil.
Vinification: fermentation in tonneaux, malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine yeast for 12 months in tonneaux; blending and ageing for other 3 months in stainless steel tank.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: 8 - 10 years.
Allergens: contains sulphites.
