Goes well with: Nice as an Aperitif wine. But also as a wine for warm and cold entrees, like fish or white meat.

Deep, rich yellow tinged with green through to straw yellow. lightly spicy with a discreet aroma reminiscent of lime tree blossom, pear and banana. It is a rich, assertive wine. excellent aperitif wine and goes well with lightly flavoured first courses, fish and onion soup.

A delicious, uncomplicated, easy drinking, fresh wine, dry but mellow with mild acidity, harmonious with an attractively bitter almond finish An accompaniment to a vast range of dishes, especially South Tyrolean cold platters of speck (cured ham), sausage and cheese. It is also delicious with first courses, cooked or grilled meats, white meats.
