Soil conditions: An alluvial soil rich innutrition and minerals. A mixture between mud and chalk.
Vinification: After the harvesting the grapes are pressed and then fermented atcontrolled temperatures and matured in stainless steel for almost 8 months.

Sensory characteristics: Nice fruity note and a good taste to drink.
Fragrance: Fruity notes of Peaches and other exotic fruits: Pineapple, Banana andMelon
Taste: Dry wine with the rightamount on acidity and fine bubbles.
Goes well with: Nice as an Aperitif wine. But also as a wine for warm and cold entrees, like fish or white meat.

Brilliant ruby colour with purple tints. Quite pronounced, very fruity aroma with impressions of red fruit cherries and violets. Medium bodied, quite mild and soft though dry. Fresh and slightly spicy aftertaste with an elegant bitter note of bitter almonds. Lagdo di Caldaro is usually drunk in the year after production, but can laso be cellared for at least 3 years.

Deep, rich yellow tinged with green through to straw yellow. lightly spicy with a discreet aroma reminiscent of lime tree blossom, pear and banana. It is a rich, assertive wine. excellent aperitif wine and goes well with lightly flavoured first courses, fish and onion soup.
Light to full ruby. A delicious, uncomplicated, easy drinking, fresh wine, dry but mellow with mild acidity, harmonious with an attractively bitter almond finish An accompaniment to a vast range of dishes, especially South Tyrolean cold platters of speck (cured ham), sausage and cheese. It is also delicious with first courses, cooked or grilled meats, white meats.
