Appearance: color: pale straw-yellow aroma: fruity and intense bouquet with nuances of ripe bananas and tropical fruits taste: dry, medium-bodied, harmonious and very persistent
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Drinking temperature: 10-12 ºC

A grape with small berries that has been cultivated in South Tyrol for decades, and which prevails in an aristocratic red wine. With its strong flowery bouquet, velvety finish and fine tannic quality, this wine is perfectly suitable as an accompaniment to meat dishes.

This wine is pale yellow in colour with green reflections and characterises the variety with it's diversity of aromas: mature fruits such as apple and pear and bananas mixed with exotic fruit notes of mango and a trace of honey. Slightly spicy, well structured and full in the mouth with a mineral finish on the palate.
A wine of international reputation, full of strength and complexity. An intense garnet red in colour, with the typical, characterstic scent of fresh grass, capsicum and liquorice. Hearty yet smooth, this wine is characterised by its tannins, whick are an important constituent for a long life and the corresponding maturation process. A wine for special occasions and for nourishing dishesand meal sophisticated cuisine whose potential - thanks to its long storage in the cellar - only increases.
This delicate, slender, pale red the Vernatsch variety was grown o old vines in the Menzenhof farmstead at Cornaiano. Its vibrant fruit and delicately bitter aftertaste make the Menzenhof the most typical varietal Vernatsch wine in all South Tyrol.
