Fine spices, cloves and the gentle fragrance of roses characterise and emphasise the traits and the overall elegance of this im - pressive wine. The wine is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, especially crustaceans, lobster and crab, or to foie gras and other pâtès. Yet it is also a fine wine for enjoying on its own.
