TASTING NOTES: Color: Strong golden, fresh nuances. Aroma: Elegant aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh roses, a hint of spices and fruit flavours with lychee. Flavour: Elegant, fresh, well structured and harmonic on the palate, long finish.
Best enjoyed: Serve with crustaceans, Asian food and ripened Roquefort cheese.

The Sarntaler Kaminwurze is produced noble, thin beef and pork and is refined with well-chosen, natural spices. With wood our Sarntaler woods we generate the light smoke which lends an unmistakeable taste to our Kaminwurzen.
The apricots prefer a warm climate and love the sun, for it few rains and richly wind. So also those of the Luggin's which are making vinegar them. This vinegar is fruity and has slightly sweet marks, a successful aperitif with Prosecco.
