An aromatic white wine made an old local variety. It is characterised by the scent of nutmeg, roses, citrus fruits, cloves and elderflowers. Strong its body, fresh its acidity.
The age of the vines varies between seven and 20 years. Elevated in steel tanks, the wine is bottled in April and is best to be enjoyed in the following two years.
