Our oenologist carefully selects the grapes for position and quality, so that the varied South Tyrolean terroir can find its maximum expression in wine. Since time immemorial, the true art consists in obtaining from each particular position the right variety, so as to strengthen the uniqueness of H.LUN quality wines.

The Südtiroler Edelvernatsch, also known as Schiava, is a light-bodied wine, whose color is light ruby to deep ruby red. It is pleasant and fruity on the palate, often with a touch of bitter almonds.
The classical bacon is produced of the best piece of the leg. Refined with spices, mountain herbs and salt, the bacon is pickled for 20 days. After a cold smoke phase with beechwood filings the bacon sides are matured for a total of 5 months in our pure mountain air at controlled temperature.
