Best paired: ideal to appetizers, or to typical tyrolean fare such as speck and sausage, but also to lighter meats and mild cheeses.
The aroma bouquet is intense and varied, reminiscent of the first fruits of summer: sweet cherries, wild strawberries, red currants.
