Vinification: Mashing in stainless steel container for approx. 18 days with subsequent ure reduction.
Food recommendation: When eating, Lake Caldaro is a very versatile companion, which can be served primarily with Tyrolean bacon, but also with fish dishes, pasta and all meat dishes.
Serve temperature: 12 - 14°C.
