Age of Grapes: 10 – 35 years
Position: Muttergarten and Trifall (community Kaltern), 460 metres above sea level
Ground: very stony, lime crushed stones
Training-system: high-cordon and Guiot
Wine growing: cold maceration on the bowl, fermentation below 16 – 18°C in steel vats, 6 months storage on fine yeast. A part of the most ferments and stores in oak barrels with 500 litres.
Food recommendation: ideal as an aperitif; Seafood and Asian cuisine
Serving temperature: 11ºC – 13°C
Deion: green yellow colour; elegant fruit notes of ripe peach and apricots. While drinking it has its full-body and classy taste; it ends continuous and mineral.
