This ruby red, full-bodied, slightly bitter red wine comes the autochthonous grape variety Lagrein, which is cultivated in Bolzano or in the district of Gries.

Vinification: This Lagrein is matured after a 14-day fermentation, followed by 12 months, in large wooden barrels.
Food recommendation: It goes very well with red meat, poultry, game and matured cheese.
