VINIFICATION: The grapes this unique location are handpicked once they reach perfect physiological ripeness. Spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels, after 18 days of maceration they are transferred directly to oak barriques in which this particular Lagrein then ages for 18 months.
TASTING NOTES: - deep ruby-red hue - fine fruitiness reminiscent of cherry and forest fruits - impressive, sophisticated finish on the palate
RECOMMENDATION: Try it with dark red meat, game, well-seasoned roasts and hard cheeses.
