Description: Pink colour with ruby hints. Quite pronounced, fruity aroma (red berries) with floral impressions (violets). Medium-bodied smooth fruit on the palate, fresh. Long lasting aftertaste with an elegant bitter twist.
Suggested Food: Flavourful appetizers and starters, smoked fish, pâtés and terrines, pasta dishes, white meat and poultry.

This is a very agreeable, fresh and flowery Chardonnay, pale yellow with green reflexes in colour with delicate, fruity, warm and persistent aromas of apple, especially Golden Delicious which underpins its varietal character. The wine's crisp, tangy acidity combined with its pronounced fruit and impressive structure point to a wine which will continue to develop complexity, with a cellaring potential of at least 2 years.
A clean, concentrated floral nose reminiscent of elder and acacia flower with ah hint of sage, leads to a fresh, distinctive palate with nicely rounded fruit, light oak spice and a crisp finish. Enjoy it with a snack of fresh goats' cheese and smoked salmon pâté with crusty bread, or as a partner for lobster tail salad, full-flavoured fish dishes, scallops stir-fried with ginger, or goats' cheese soufflé.
