Deion: Bright pink color, delicate aroma, pleasant acid structure, fresh and lively drink. Name: this wine is a typical South Tyrolean and at the same time expression of a large indigenous autochtoine grape variety in special processing. The red grapes are carefully destemmed and pressed very slowly. This very brief contact during pressing is sufficient to transfer the color contained in the grape skins to the must. This is how the rosé wine is created with a strong salmon color. Label: The name Rosato reflects the color of the rosé wine and also stands for the delicate touch of a rose, which is thus depicted on the label. Grape varierty:

Color: brilliant pale yellow with green nuances. Smell: Green apple and white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm and mint to create the typical aroma of the classic Terlano. Taste: Peach is very strong on the palate, too, lending the Terlano its lively but at the same time very mellow character. The multifaceted, well structured flavor derives an interplay of freshness and minerality and also has a wonderfully persistent finish.

Merlot rosé is a rose-coloured to light ruby wine, delicately fruity on the nose. On palate it is delicious and pleasantly fresh in flavour.
Pink colour with ruby hints. Quite pronounced, fruity aroma (red berries) with floral impressions (violets). Medium-bodied smooth fruit on the palate, fresh. Long lasting aftertaste with an elegant bitter twist.
Unlike numerous other insipid rose coloured wines, this is a rosé with strong personality, freshness, fragrant, similar to a fine white wine but with the rich fruit and roundness of a young red intended for early drinking.
Fruity, bloomy and wholehearted wine, strongly recalling elder, black currant and green grass.
