The cultivation areas are located at altitudes averaging 1,300 m, making the valley the most important cultivation area for tasty mountain strawberries in Europe. The mild and dry climate, the high altitude and the high quality integrated, environmentally friendly cultivation make the strawberries the Martell Valley famous far beyond the borders. With its own production in the Martell Valley and the cultivation areas in the Stilfserjoch Nature Park, Seibstock Manufaktur is able to pursue a regional, sustainable cycle.
