Bright ruby red colour, nose of blackberries and vanilla, savory tannis, smooth long finish.
Aging: Alcoholic fermentation in controlled temperature and mash agitation for about 10 days. Biological acid degradation and later maturation in used barriques or rather in small oak wood tanks of 44 hl.
