The most popular among our range of white wines: fruity, smooth with an elegant nuance of new oak
>> dettaglio
An aromatic white wine made an old local variety. It is characterised by the scent of nutmeg, roses, citrus fruits, cloves and elderflowers. Strong its body, fresh its acidity. The age of the vines varies between seven and 20 years. Elevated in steel tanks, the wine is bottled in April and is best to be enjoyed in the following two years.
The Pinot Bianco - the most important and typical of all the South Tyrolean grape varieties - has now been promoted to the top of the St. Valentin range. The St. Valentin has a clear, straw colour with slightly green reflections. It smells delightfully of intensive and typical fruit aromas: ripe app - les and pears combined with melons and a trace of a fine vanilla fragrance. Concentrated and with a wonderful strength and richness, refined and clear in its way, its structure appears refresh- ing despiete the maturation in wood: the Pinot Bianco St. Valentin is a wine which is set to become a real talking point.
