brilliant straw-yellow colour with a green shimmer. Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), uplifted varietal aroma combined with very well integrated oak spice on the nose. Elegant, grapey flavour, medium bodied with a round and fresh mouth-watering finish. When cellared well, this wine may be kept for 3 to 5 years. Suggested food: starters, salads, asparagus, all kinds of seafood, white meat and poultry. Origin: selected vineyard sites located in Pochi and Penone at an altitude of 480 to 520 metres a.s.l. (1,500 - 1,710 feet), exposed to West and South-East; soils are stony, sandy with content of limestone. Warm days and cool nights.
