Grape variety: Pinot Blanc.
Description: brilliant straw yellow colour with a green tint. Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. Pronounced, clean, elegant, grapey flavour, light to medium-bodied with a fresh mouth-watering finish.
Suggested food: as an aperitif, with starters, salads, asparagus, all kind of seafood and pasta dishes.
Origin: ed vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation (Salorno, Magrè and Pochi) and the most northern part of Trentino (Roverè della Luna), at 300 to 500 metres altitude (980 - 1,650 feet), situated on the cooler west-facing slopes of the Adige valley. Soils are sandy, gravelly and with a high content of limestone. Large temperature variation between day and night.
Age of the vines: 10 - 40 years.
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on the fine lees or 4 months.

Brilliant straw yellow colour with a light green shimmer. Clean, quite pronounced varietal aroma with refined fruity notes (peach, pear). Dry, medium bodied, well balanced, grapey flavour with a crisp, refreshing finish and persistent aftertaste. The lively acidity is well integrated in the wine's fruit structure.
Brilliant straw-yellow colour. Very perfumed, rich, slightly smoky, uplifted varietal aroma paired with elegant oak spice. Clean, grapey, full-bodied flavour, quite soft and creamy, delicate and with a fresh finish. Remarkably long and spicy on the palate.
Abbagnac Grappa is a marc brandy distilled a mixture of selected grape skins the Neustift monastery winery and matured for at least 6 months in oak casks. Cask ageing imparts a light tobacco colour to the brandy which is characterised by a fruity-complex bouquet and an especially multifaceted spectrum of flavours.
The Pinot Nero is regarded unanimously as one of the most valuable and high-quality of red wines. With a dazzling garnet red colour, its aromas - reminiscent of forest fruits blackberries through to blackcurrants - are irresistible. The literally melt in the mouth, with their complete richness satisfying every palate. The wine gains in distinction when served with properly selected and cooked dishes meat, game and especially, lamb in all its forms. Like all other greatwines, an extended maturation period enhances and develops this wine.
