Straw-yellow in colour, the Pinot Grigio (sometimes called Ruländer) has a pleasantly fruity bouquet slightly reminiscent of bananas, pears and linden flowers. Typically it has a high extract content and a pleasant acidity. "Egg Leiten" is a selected vineyard in a very steep location with a loamy soil. It lies at about 300-380 metres above sea level. It drinks well as an aperitif, with light cold and warm starters, with fish and white meat dishes.
Enjoy it lightly chilled, about 11-13°C.

This wine is made carefully selected Gewürztraminer grapes, which comes the area of St. Pauls called St. Justina. It has a delicate, aromatic and warm-spicy flavour which reminiscent of cinnamon, nutmeg, and rose petals. It is rich and round on the palate and is one of South Tyrol's best known wines.
Merlot rosé is a rose-coloured to light ruby wine, delicately fruity on the nose. On palate it is delicious and pleasantly fresh in flavour.
The brilliant straw-yellow color is tinged with light green; the aromas vary quince to pears to toasted almonds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and racy, with a round and harmonious finish, thanks to aging in barriques.
