This wine is made carefully selected Gewürztraminer grapes, which comes the area of St. Pauls called St. Justina. It has a delicate, aromatic and warm-spicy flavour which reminiscent of cinnamon, nutmeg, and rose petals. It is rich and round on the palate and is one of South Tyrol's best known wines.

Our Golden Muscat is a fine, aromatic dessert wine with a yellow to golden color. Pleasant aromas of musk roses overlay a markedly sweet structure. Our Weissburgunder, or Pinot blanc, is a refreshingly fruity white wine, green- to light yellow, with a delicate apple aroma and dry full-bodied structure. Notes of apples, nuts, green branches, and creamy butter carry through on the palate.
Crystal-clear with a deep, green-yellow colour, this wine enjoys a unique type of aromatic fullness. Delicate hay and mild nutmeg fragrances typify the fine completeness of its scent. Sensations also recur on the palate, where the charming nature of this Müller Thurgau also comes to fruition. An uncomplicated wine in a simple style, fresh and easy to drink. Served chilled, it is a good accompaniment to the most varied of dishes, especially freshwater fish.
Light green lustre run through the straw colour of this wine whose aroma is rich in fruits, the most striking of which are pears. An excellent acidity balance gives this wine strength and structure. It is dry and smooth on the palate, and leaves a long, pleasant aftertaste. The Pinot Grigio goes well with many dishes, especially lighter foods, to which it is an excellent accompaniment. It is served chilled and also bestows a fine taste following longer ageing.
