Deion: Pinot Nero is a deep ruby red. In its early stages of maturation, it displays an intense bouquet with raspberry and marasca cherry aromas that develop hints of ripe red berries when fully mature. On the palate Pinot Nero is characterized by soft tannins exalting its typical smoothness, long finish and unparalled roundness.
Food Pairings: This wine is an excellent match for fowl and delicate white meat.

Gewürztraminer is an intense golden colour with a deep bouquet of complex fragrances such as lychees and orange peels, cloves, nutmeg and roses. The wine needs a few moments in the glass to give the best of itself. On the palate it is stimulating thanks to its structure, freshness and vivacity, with a very persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste. Gewürztraminer reaches its full development only after several months of aging in the bottle.
The intensive scent of red and dark berries as well as violets is typical of our vineyards in Montan. The Blauburgunder the Unterland region comes astonishingly close to some of the "model" wines Burgundy. This red wine develops harmoniously, with a full body and lasting finish. In the glass it gleams with a beautiful dark to ruby red.
This delicate, slender, pale red the Vernatsch variety was grown o old vines in the Menzenhof farmstead at Cornaiano. Its vibrant fruit and delicately bitter aftertaste make the Menzenhof the most typical varietal Vernatsch wine in all South Tyrol.
This wine once again proves the great potential of the Vernatsch variety. Bright ruby-red in color, it shows fine fruit aromas as well as vinous flavors of marzipan and light bitter almond. With light tannins and pleasant freshness, this well-balanced wine is uncomplicated and easy-drinking.
