VINIFICAZIONE: La fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata avviene in un tino ad imboccatura larga dove il mosto è mosso per circa 10 giorni. Segue la fermentazione malolattica e la maturazione in barrique usate oppure in piccoli botti di rovere da 44 hl.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore rosso rubino intenso, profumo raffinato con note fresche di frutti rossi come ciliegie e lamponi. Il sapore è ben strutturato, con leggere tracce di tannino e rovere, e con morbido retrogusto.
