Grape varierty: 100%
Production area: Selected vineyards with southeast exposure located in Gleno (580 m), one of the most promising areas for Alto Adige Pinot Noir production. Rich and deep loamy soils.
Yield: 55 hl per hectare.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and fermented at a constant temperature of 26 - 28°C for about 10 days in open barrels. During fermentation the must is kept in contact with the skins through circulation pumping. In this way, we achieve ideal results with the colouring the skins and emphasize the fruitiness of the wine. All single vineyards are fermented separately stored in French oak barrels for 18 month.

A deep mouth filling wine with clear tannins that has all the hallmarks that we look for in a Riserva.

Bottle to: 0,75 liters.
A superb Pinot Noir, whose concentration is clearly heralded by its dark ruby colour. Initially it seems somewhat closed on the nose, but then opens up in the glass to reveal its authentic, noble Pinot Noir origins. The aroma reminiscent of sour cherry and raspberry is enhanced by a delicate hint of vanilla and spice. On the palate it shows excellent harmony with elegant acidity, well-integrated sweet tannins and enormous concentration of aromas.
