Yield: 45 hl per hectare.
Alcoholic fermentation in controlled temperature and mash agitation for about 10 days. Biological acid degradation and later maturation in used barriques or rather in small oak wood tanks of 44 hl.
The wine has a living ruby red colour and a fine, fresh, fruity bouquet of aromas of forest berries such as raspberries and wild cherries. It tastes juicy, is well structured, with a hint of oak, noticeable tannins and a fine, long finish.
