Medium ruby colour with a garnet shimmer. Clean, uplifted somewhat earthy varietal aroma: notes of red fruit, cherries and some spiciness. Fruity, mild flavour, medium bodied. Fresh finish with good length. Elegant style.
The garnet red color holds promise of strong aromas and opulence: Growing in the warm soils of Bozen's circular valley, its fruity and zesty bouquet is reminiscent of chocolate, ripe cherry and violets. The long maturation favors the Lagrein's soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, followed by an impressive finish. A wine of choice with game, game birds and stewed dishes.
A delicate pleasant Rosé wine with a hint of strawberry. Ideal with mediterranean cuisine, as an aperitif or paired with appetizers.
The glass shimmers with all the colours of a summer sunset before a kaleidoscope of sensations explodes on the nose and the palate flaunts its full body and bright agility.
Our Blauburgunder, or Pinot noir, is a ruby to garnet red wine with pronounced tannin profile, an intense, ethereal bouquet which is reminiscent of wild berries, and a lingering, full finish.
