The mix of Pergola and Guyot makes it possible to get small quantity but high quality. The grapes are rich on extract and give this cuvée elegance, a velvety and harmonic body.

'Lafot' Cabernet is a versatile and complex wine, the vines which grow in Magrè. The temperature is mild, the hills sunny. The 12 months ageing in durmast barrels gives to Lafot strength and complexity. The taste is blackberries-like, as well as eucalyptus and pepper.

The morainic, gravelly and barren soils in combination with the steep and poor slopes give this wine a big complexity of nuances through a perfect harmony between the sort of vine and the wooden notes.
