VINIFICAZIONE: Macerazione a freddo con travaso del mosto pigiato e fermentazione alcolica in tino di inox con parziale fermentazione malolattica. Segue la maturazione sui lieviti per più mesi.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Seducente colore rosa antico con riflessi rubini, profumo intensamente fresco ed aromatico di ciliegie e ribes. Gusto morbido, rotondo fresco e fruttato.

In order to permit even more distants clients to taste fresh Trenker bread, modern techniques of conservation are utilised. The bread prepared with all the original ingredients is pre-baked at the bakery and packaged with care in a modified atmosphere. In this manner, the bread maintains its natural freshness and is ready for export to nearby countries.
"Meraner" - Pork and beef, well ground with meat little piece, smoked. To 3 pieces vacuum-packed, weight approx. 240 gr.
This wine once again proves the great potential of the Schiava variety. Bright ruby-red colour, it shows fine friut aromas as well as vinous flavours. With its light and smooth tannin and a pleasant freshness, this well-balanced wine is uncomplicated and easy-drinking and the perfect combination to traditional Speck (a kind of smoked bacon).
The Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages) are mildly smoked and air-dried sausages of beef and pork, a typical South Tyrolean speciality.
