Bright orange-rose color. Delicate scent of tropical fruits and a touch of cherry. Cuddly taste with a fine persistent tannin structure and a mineral, racy finish.
Merlot and Cabernet.
A juice extract of the best red wine batches is coated in the amphorae after a short maceration time. There he spontaneously fermented with grape-yeasts. The 12-month amphora storage on the lees gives this rosé elegance and finesse.
Goes well with spicy appetizers and white meat or as a refreshing aperitif wine.
