Character: The Ruländer is a full-bodied white wine. The colour is straw-yellow, aroma flowery, flavour pleasantly smooth. When fully mature, overtones of nuts and honey are noticeable.
Recommendation: Ruländer wine goes extremely well with mushrooms, fish and seafood.
Serving temperature: 11 - 13° C

yr. 2010 Stephen Tanzer:
Vivid green herb and pepper nose with lots of intensity; concentrated, ripe, full and delicately aromatic on the palate with a subtle herby lift; long with a hint of spice on the finish.
An elegant frame and fine consistency, with intense fruity notes. An excellent structure that is flavoursome and mineral, with a persistent palate. We recommend serving this wine with refined dishes, including meats.
