VINIFICAZIONE: Le uve vendemmiate a mano vengono lasciate asciugare sulla paglia in piccole cassette di legno per 5 mesi. Segue la fermentazione alcolica e la maturazione sui lieviti finali in rovere barrique nuove da 225 lt. per 12 mesi.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi muschiati. Il bouquet si presenta ricco, con note che richiamano gli agrumi, petali di rosa, albicocche e la vaniglia. Sapore dolce, pastoso e persistente nel finale.

This rosé has lovely brilliant and shimmering tones of color that reflect the spectrum of onion colors up to the ruby red of Pinot Noir. With its fine perlage, it is full-bodied and lively in the glass, and it is immediately convincing through its fine scent of raspberries and wild strawberries. Its incomparably soft, juicy, and round flavor pairs with the pleasant interplay of the sweetness of those aforementioned fruits and the lightly spicy nuance of the acidity. A sparkling delight that presents itself as full and round in the mouth. On the palate, the aroma and flavor intensify with a great balance.
A clean, concentrated floral nose reminiscent of elder and acacia flower with ah hint of sage, leads to a fresh, distinctive palate with nicely rounded fruit, light oak spice and a crisp finish. Enjoy it with a snack of fresh goats' cheese and smoked salmon pâté with crusty bread, or as a partner for lobster tail salad, full-flavoured fish dishes, scallops stir-fried with ginger, or goats' cheese soufflé.
