>> dettaglio
Typical South Tyrolean red wine made the Schiava grape, with a strong ruby to garnet red colour. Its bouquet is characterised by a broad palette as fruity aromas, forest fruits through to cherries, which then open up and intensify on the palate. Delicate and yet at the same time with a strong structure, this St. Magdalener is a pleasant, tempting wine. It goes especially well with roasts, game and spicy cheeses. It gains in strength and intensity when aged in the cellar.
Delicate fruit aromas reminiscent of Muscat, youthful freshness - an excellent aperitif wine. It is delicious with spicy hors d'oeuvres and fish.
Cuvée obtained selected grapes among the most typical of the Valle Isarco: Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner . With its fresh, fruity and intense character the wine reflects the entire territory of the Valle Isarco. Because of its minerality and liveliness it is an excellent aperitif; it also goes well with first courses, fish and white meats.
