VINIFICAZIONE: Macerazione a freddo per 12 ore. Fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata in piccoli serbatoi vinari di inox. Segue maturazione sui lieviti in piccoli serbatoi inox da 30 hl. Nessuna fermentazione malolattica.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Il colore è un vivace giallo paglierino con riflessi muschiati. Il bouquet è fiorito con note di rose, menta e melissa. Il sapore è armoniosamente fresco, con morbidezza ed aroma ben equilibrato e con retrogusto persistente.

The Merano Burggräfler Winery is one of the oldest wineries in South Tyrol and was founded in 1901. It is located in the city of Merano in the heart of the Burggrafenamt, a historic region in South Tyrol.
