The Schreckbichl Winery, also known as Cantina Produttori Colterenzio, is one of the best-known wineries in South Tyrol, a region in the northern part of Italy known for its excellent wine-growing areas. The result is an elegant sparkling wine, characterized by a fine perlage. At the nose, you can find notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers. It tastes lean and compact and it leaves the palate clean and refreshed. Valdobbiadene Brut is excellent with fish, fresh cheese and vegetables.
